Ancient Traditions Of Yoga

Going back to the roots of Yoga, these classes are tailored for beginners.

Join us for a 5 week course starting Saturday 1st June 9am- 10am.

During this course we will be exploring the traditional yoga teachings so that you can come to understand the foundations of Yoga. In this course Amber highlights the importance of approach to posture (Asana), breathwork (Pranayama) and alignment. Amber also includes the understanding and practice of Mantra and meditation.
